Q: How do I book a ride?

Q: Do you operate 24/7?

A: Yes, we’re available 24/7 by request. Just book in advance to guarantee your ride, especially for early mornings or late nights.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially for airport rides, large groups, or special events. Same-day requests may be available depending on driver availability. Please text as soon as possible if you have a last minute request.

Q: Can I schedule recurring rides?

A: Absolutely! We work with many clients on regular schedules for work commutes, medical visits, or airport runs. Just let us know your needs.

Pricing & Payments

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Pricing depends on vehicle type, distance, duration, and any special requests. Use our online booking form for a quote, or contact us directly. A round trip from Oak Park is usually $220-260 depending on time of day, car seats, inside greeting, additional stops, etc.

Q: Why do airport pick-ups cost more than drop-offs?

A: Smooth and efficient pick-ups are both an art and a skill, while weather, traffic, early and delayed flights, and last minute chances to schedules can complicate even the best laid plans. We must reserve a wider block of time in a driver’s schedule to ensure availability, which increases the cost. We discount the arrival price when booked as part of a round-trip ride booking.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, as well as mobile payments (via Apple Pay). Payment is typically collected at the time of booking or upon completion of service.

Q: Are gratuities included?

A: Gratuities are not included in standard pricing unless otherwise noted. Tipping is appreciated but never required.

Vehicles & Services

Q: What types of vehicles do you offer?

A: Our fleet includes SUVs, sedans, minivans, Sprinters, and access to party and coach buses through our affiliates. All vehicles are clean, non-smoking, and chauffeur-driven.

Q: Do you provide car seats?

A: Yes, car seats are available upon request. We offer infant seats, rear- and front-facing convertible seats, high back boosters, and bottom boosters. Just let us know your child’s age and size when booking.

Q: Can I book transportation for a pet?

A: Yes, we offer pet-friendly rides. Please mention your pet during booking so we can accommodate appropriately.

Q: Do you offer rides for seniors or medical appointments?

A: Yes. We’re known for providing respectful, patient, and reliable transportation for seniors and non-emergency medical visits.

Zones

Q: What does Zone X mean on my quote or invoice?

A: Zones compensate for different areas needing different distances and travel times, and are priced accordingly. One airport segment gets paired with one zone segment to make a ride.

Q: What is Zone 1?

A: Zone 1 covers suburbs near Zone 3 and others accessible within 5 minutes of an expressway, like Cicero, North Riverside, Riverside, Brookfield, Westchester, Elmhurst, Hinsdale, Burr Ridge, Park Ridge, Des Plaines, Elk Grove Village, and the northwest side of Chicago.

Q: What is Zone 2?

A: Zone 2 covers semi-distant suburbs within 15 minutes of an expressway, like parts of Aurora, Naperville, Barrington, Lisle, Skokie, and parts of Chicago other than the northwest side.

Q: What is Zone 3?

A: Zone 3 is the home turf, Oak Park, River Forest, Elmwood Park, Forest Park, Berwyn, Maywood, Melrose Park. It is called Zone 3 because of fun times with a high school friend. I know it makes no sense, you just had to be there.

Q: I don’t see my location listed. Is there a Zone 4?

A: Zone 4 does not exist at this time. Locations that require extra time are usually priced according to time and distance, and may require deadheading charges. When in doubt, please reach out.

Special Requests & Extras

Q: Do you offer refreshments or amenities during the ride?
A: Yes, we provide complimentary bottled water and light refreshments. Let us know if you have a specific request in advance.

Q: Can you help with errands like grocery pickup or mail drop-off?

A: Absolutely. We offer concierge-style services for returning travelers or busy clients. Just let us know what you need.

Q: Can I request a specific driver?

A: If you’ve had a great experience with one of our chauffeurs, you’re welcome to request them again, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Q: What areas do you serve?

A: We primarily serve Oak Park, River Forest, Forest Park, Elmwood Park, Berwyn, Riverside, Brookfield, and nearby suburbs. We also provide long-distance and airport service to/from O’Hare and Midway.

Q: Do you offer service outside Illinois?

A: Yes, with advanced notice, we can arrange long-distance or interstate travel. Just contact us to discuss your needs.

Q: Can OPRF Limo help me book transportation at my destination?
A: Yes! Through our network of trusted affiliates, we can coordinate professional chauffeur service for you in many major U.S. and international cities. Just let us know your travel plans and we’ll take care of the rest.

Q: What destinations do you serve through affiliates?
A: Popular cities include New York City, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Boston, Phoenix, South Florida, and Hawaii. Internationally, we can assist in places like Cancun, Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, Costa Rica, London, Paris, Lisbon, Rome, Dubai, and more. If your destination isn’t listed, just ask, we may still be able to help.

Q: How do I request transportation at my destination?
A: When booking your ride with OPRF Limo, simply mention your travel destination and dates, and we’ll begin the process of coordinating service through our affiliate network. You can also contact us directly if you’ve already booked your flight and want to add destination support.

Q: Will I get the same level of service as I do locally?
A: Yes, we only work with carefully vetted partners who share our standards of professionalism, safety, and customer care. Our goal is to provide continuity of service so you feel just as comfortable away from home as you do here.

Q: Is there an extra fee for arranging affiliate service?
A: There is no fee from OPRF Limo for coordinating affiliate service, though rates are set by the local provider in your destination. We will confirm all pricing and vehicle options with you before booking.

OPRF Limo Policies
We aim to provide a seamless and professional transportation experience for every client. To ensure clarity, safety, and reliability for all, we’ve outlined our key policies below.

Booking & Payment
• Preferred Booking Method: All rides should be booked online at www.oprflimo.com/booking to ensure we have all necessary details. You may also call or text us at (312) 735-1151.
• Advance Booking: We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially for early morning or late-night rides. Short-notice requests may be accepted based on availability.
• Payment: Payment is due at the time of service or in advance. We accept all major credit/debit cards and digital wallets. Corporate accounts may request invoicing arrangements.

Cancellations & Changes
• Cancellations made 12+ hours in advance will not incur a fee.
• Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of pickup will be charged 100% of the fare.
• Schedule changes must be submitted as early as possible and are subject to availability.

Wait Time Policy
• We offer a 15-minute grace period for standard pickups and 45 minutes for airport arrivals (from confirmed flight landing).
• After the grace period, wait time is charged in 15-minute increments.
• For airport pickups, we monitor flights and adjust pickup times for delays. If your flight is canceled or changed, please notify us immediately.

Luggage & Special Requests
• Please let us know in advance if you are traveling with excess luggage, oversized items, car seats, pets, or need special accommodations.
• Car seats are available on request. Pet transport is welcomed but must be disclosed at booking.

Conduct & Cleanliness
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
• Alcohol is not permitted unless specifically requested and approved in advance, and only when riding in a party bus with a separated chauffeur cabin, in accordance with state law.
• Any messes or damages caused by passengers (including spills, excessive trash, or bodily fluids) will incur a cleaning fee starting at $150.
• Passengers are expected to treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund. Please help us serve you safely!

Delays & Emergencies
• We strive to be on time, every time. However, traffic, weather, or unexpected delays may occasionally occur. We will notify you promptly and adjust accordingly.
• In the rare case that we are unable to provide service due to an emergency, we will offer assistance in arranging alternate transportation.

Affiliate & Destination Services
• For out-of-town service, we work with vetted affiliates. We will confirm rates, availability, and vehicle options with you before booking. Local policies and rates may vary by partner.
• OPRF Limo is not liable for the actions or performance of third-party providers, but we only work with trusted, high-quality partners.

Minors & Unaccompanied Youth
At OPRF Limo, we take the safety of young passengers seriously. Please review the following policies for transportation involving minors:
• Minors under 18 may travel alone only with prior written or verbal consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• For minors under 13, we require that a parent, guardian, or designated adult be present at pickup and drop-off locations unless otherwise arranged and documented.
• Car seats or booster seats must be used as required by law. We can provide them upon request, so please specify your child’s age and size when booking.
• We reserve the right to verify identity and pickup/drop-off authorization for the safety of the minor.
• Our chauffeurs are trained to maintain professional boundaries and will not deviate from the agreed-upon itinerary without parent/guardian consent.
• No unaccompanied minors will be allowed to ride in shared vehicles, party buses, or in vehicles booked for events involving alcohol.
• We encourage open communication and are happy to speak directly with parents or guardians to ensure everyone feels confident about the ride arrangements.

Safety & Confidentiality
• All chauffeurs are licensed, insured, and background-checked.
• Your privacy is important to us. We do not share client information or ride details unless required by law.
